Guardian EcoGuard Diamond Floor Mat 48 x 96 Charcoal

This entrance mat uses a carpeted surface made from recycled drinking bottles and a crumb rubber backing sourced from used tires. The bi-level construction traps dirt below the walking surface while a bevelled edge reduces tripping hazards. A fashionable fabric border finishes the charcoal design.

Indoor entrance mat for high-traffic hard floors

The 48 by 96 inch rectangular format covers wide entryways, hallways and lobbies without requiring multiple smaller mats. The recycled crumb rubber backing grips the floor to prevent shifting during use. Maintenance is simple with sweeping, shaking or vacuuming to remove trapped debris.

Replaces single-level mats that let dirt scatter

The bi-level structure and bevelled perimeter solve the common problem of tracked-in soil spreading beyond the mat area. The jump is worth it when a facility needs superior absorbency from 24 oz fibres and a recycled-material build that withstands daily commercial traffic.

Questions about this item

How much liquid can the 24 oz fibres hold before the mat feels saturated during a wet day?

The 24 oz fibre construction provides high absorbency; the bi-level design traps moisture below the surface so the top stays drier longer.

Will the recycled crumb rubber backing stay flat and quiet under constant foot traffic?

The wear-resistant crumb rubber backing is engineered to resist curling and dampen impact noise during all-day use.

Does the 48 by 96 inch mat need a specific floor type to prevent slipping?

The bevelled edge and rubber backing grip both hard floors and low-pile carpet without additional adhesives.
