Spider-Man Edition Glasses for Ages 8-12

These Gunnar Cruz Kids Large frames feature a Spider-Man design aimed at children aged eight to twelve. The red nylon construction uses a hingeless design for extreme flexibility during active use. Amber lenses provide 65% blue light and 100% UV protection for screen time. A curved nose rest distributes weight evenly across the bridge.

Suited for Young Screen Users Needing Flexible Fit

The hingeless frame suits children who need durable, flexible eyewear that withstands rough handling. The prescription range of -5 to +5 accommodates common vision corrections. Buyers seeking smaller frames for children under eight or adult sizing should look at other models. Those wanting clear lenses without amber tint will need a different product.

Simple Wear With Included Protective Case

The glasses arrive ready to wear with no assembly required. Smudge resistant lens coatings reduce cleaning frequency during daily use. A protective case and clip are supplied for safe storage and transport. The flexible nylon frame resists breakage but may require occasional adjustment for optimal alignment.

Questions about this item

What head size does the Cruz Kids Large frame fit?

The Cruz Kids Large frame is sized for children aged 8 to 12 and uses a flexible hingeless nylon construction that adapts to different head widths without adjustable temples.

Can the amber lenses be worn over prescription glasses?

The Cruz Kids Large is not an over-glasses design; instead the lenses can be replaced with prescription lenses ranging from -5 to +5 diopters by an optician.

How can I verify the blue-light filtering is active after my child starts wearing them?

The amber tint blocks 65% of blue light and 100% of UV light; you will see a warm colour shift on screens and reduced glare, confirming the filtering is working.
