Enigma Black Panther Edition Glasses

These Gunnar Optiks computer glasses feature a black nylon frame with fixed nose bridge and wide fit. The amber lenses use patented technology to block 65% of blue light and 100% UV radiation. Dual-sided anti-reflective coating reduces glare during extended screen sessions. A microfibre pouch, cleaning cloth and protective case are included.

Suited for daily screen users needing wide fit

The 135 mm frame width and 18 mm nose bridge suit wearers who require a broader fit across the face. Prescription lenses from -5 to +5 dioptres can be fitted by an optician. Buyers who need adjustable nose pads or a narrower frame profile should look at alternative models.

Lightweight frame slips on in seconds

At 33 grams the glasses rest comfortably without pressure points. Multi-barrel hinges open smoothly and resist loosening over time. The fixed bridge eliminates moving parts that can misalign. Clean lenses only with the supplied microfibre cloth to preserve the anti-reflective coating.

Questions about this item

Do I need a specific prescription strength for the Gunnar Enigma Black Panther Edition lenses?

The lenses support a prescription range from -5 to +5, so most single-vision prescriptions fall within that window.

Will the 135 mm frame width and 18 mm nose bridge sit comfortably over my existing headset?

The wide-fit nylon frame and fixed 18 mm nose bridge are designed to distribute pressure evenly, reducing clash with headset bands.

How can I verify the amber lenses are blocking 65 % blue light and 100 % UV after I start wearing them?

The dual-sided anti-reflective coating cuts visible glare on screens, and the amber tint remains consistent, confirming the filtration is active.
