Ground-mount accent light

The HADCO BL711-AS7LED2W is a 12 V AC LED accent light designed for ground-stake installation in outdoor landscapes. Its black aluminum housing carries an IP66 rating for dust-tight and water-jet protection. A 3000 K colour temperature produces warm white illumination suitable for pathways, garden beds and architectural highlights. The fixture is cETL and ETL listed for safety compliance.

105 lumen output and 50 000 hour life

At 2 W the lamp delivers 105 lm with an efficacy of 80 lm/W, providing subtle accent brightness rather than area flooding. The integrated LED array is rated for 50 000 hours of operation, reducing replacement frequency in hard-to-reach installations. A CRI of 70 renders colours adequately for general landscape use but falls short for tasks requiring accurate colour discrimination. The 12 V AC requirement limits direct connection to line voltage systems.

Ground stake and five-year warranty

The included ground stake enables tool-free placement in soil, mulch or gravel without separate mounting hardware. A five-year manufacturer warranty covers defects during the rated service life. No transformer, wiring connectors or smart-control accessories are supplied, so installers must source a compatible 12 V AC power supply and low-voltage cabling separately. The fixed output and colour temperature offer no dimming or tuning capability.

Questions about this item

Will this 12 V AC LED bulb work with my existing low-voltage landscape transformer?

The bulb is rated for 12 V AC, so it will operate on standard 12 V AC landscape transformers that supply that voltage.

How can I confirm the 3000 K warm-white output is performing correctly after installation?

At dusk the fixture should emit a warm white glow at roughly 105 lumens with a CRI of 70, matching the rated colour temperature.

Does the package include the ground stake and wiring, or must I buy them separately?

The unit ships with the integrated ground stake and black aluminum housing; no separate mounting hardware is required for ground installation.
