Professional 5 Speed Hand Mixer

The Hamilton Beach 62651 is a lightweight hand mixer built for everyday baking tasks such as whipping cream, beating eggs or combining cookie dough. Its DC motor and ergonomic profile suit home cooks who want reliable performance without the bulk of a stand mixer.

Snap-on storage and swivel cord

A snap-on case holds the included stainless-steel wire beaters and whisk together with the mixer, freeing drawer space and keeping attachments from getting lost. The lockable swivel cord routes left or right and stays in place while you work, so the lead never drags across the bowl.

Slow start and QuickBurst under load

The motor begins at a deliberately low speed to prevent flour or batter from splattering, then ramps smoothly through five selectable levels. Pressing the QuickBurst button adds a short power boost at any setting, letting the mixer maintain momentum through thick dough without stalling.
