Child-safe on-ear headphones

Hamilton Buhl Flex-Phones KIDS-BLK are on-ear headphones built for children aged three and up. The single-piece EVA foam frame is BPA-free, non-toxic and designed to withstand twisting and bending without breaking. A snap-on extension band provides a snugger fit for smaller heads. The 3.5 mm angled stereo plug connects to standard audio ports on tablets, laptops and portable players.

Volume-limited listening for developing ears

Drivers measuring 30 mm deliver a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz at 32 ohms impedance. Sensitivity is capped at 85 dB ±3 dB, so output never exceeds the level recommended for young listeners even at maximum source volume. The 4-foot Dura-Cord uses a PVC-jacketed, braided nylon construction that resists chewing, kinking and knotting during daily use.

Wired 3.5 mm connection only

The headphones rely on a 3.5 mm TRS stereo connector with a 120-degree angled, thin-barrel plug for universal compatibility with wired devices. No wireless, Bluetooth or USB audio interface is present, so a compatible headphone jack is required. The included anti-lice, moisture-resistant storage bag seals shut to protect the headphones between sessions.
