Essential hygiene for shared audio

Hamilton Buhl HygenX45 disposable covers fit 4.5 inch ear cups on over-ear headphones and headsets. The white polyester material stretches over each cup to create a sanitary barrier between users. Each cover weighs .48 oz and is designed for single use in classrooms, call centres, healthcare settings and work-site hearing protection.

Suits any shared headphone fleet

Schools, businesses and clinics that rotate headsets between multiple people will appreciate the tissue-box dispenser for quick distribution. Facilities requiring washable or reusable cushions should look at alternative solutions because these covers are intended for disposal after each wearer.

One cover per ear cup per session

A single pack supplies 45 pairs, enough for 45 listening sessions before restocking. The thin weave preserves full sound quality and comfort during use but offers no padding or noise isolation of its own. High-volume environments will need to plan regular reorders to maintain supply.
