Designed for young listeners

These HamiltonBuhl Flex-Phones are wired on-ear headphones made specifically for children aged three and up. A single-piece foam construction allows the band to flex and grow with the user, while a snap-on adjuster secures the fit for smaller heads. Leatherette ear cushions add comfort during extended listening sessions. The 30mm drivers deliver detailed stereo sound at safe volumes.

Suits classrooms and home use

The standard 3.5mm plug connects to tablets, laptops and most audio devices without adapters. Parents and teachers who need durable, volume-conscious headphones for early learners will appreciate the simple wired design. Buyers who require wireless freedom, active noise cancellation or a built-in microphone for calls should look at other models.

Handles daily education and play

The 30mm drivers provide clear audio for stories, music and learning apps at child-friendly levels. The foam frame withstands bending and rough handling better than rigid plastic bands. The fixed cable and lack of inline controls mean there are fewer parts to break, though the wired connection limits mobility compared with Bluetooth alternatives.

Questions about this item

Do these headphones need a 3.5mm audio jack on the device to work?

Yes, the 3.5mm stereo plug connects directly to any standard 3.5mm audio jack on a tablet, phone, laptop or media player.

Will the foam headband and leatherette cushions still fit comfortably if my child also wears glasses?

The single-piece foam construction and adjustable snap-on band are designed to accommodate smaller heads and grow with the user, leaving room for glasses frames.

How can I confirm the 30mm drivers are producing sound correctly after plugging them in?

Play audio on the connected device; you should hear clear stereo output through both earcups with no crackling or imbalance.
