Disposable sanitary covers for over-ear headsets

HamiltonBuhl HYGENX45 covers are made from hypoallergenic polyester weave and fit over-ear headphones used in schools, call centres, healthcare and work-site hearing protection. Each dispenser box holds 100 individual covers supplied as 50 pair for shared listening environments.

Stretch limit and material constraints

The covers stretch to approximately five inches and have an outer diameter of three and three-quarter inches, so larger ear cups may not fit securely. Hypoallergenic weave preserves sound quality but provides no noise reduction or moisture barrier beyond the fabric itself.

Check ear-cup dimensions before ordering

Measure the ear-cup diameter of your headsets to confirm they fall within the stated stretch range. Verify that the hypoallergenic polyester meets any facility hygiene standards and that the tissue-box dispenser fits your storage space.
