Xbox One digital licence and online requirements

The product is delivered as a downloadable code redeemable on Xbox One via the Microsoft Store. An active internet connection is required for the initial download and for online multiplayer features such as Quickplay. The ESRB rating is Teen with content descriptors for Crude Humor and Lyrics. Music downloads and online interactions are not rated by the ESRB. Players without reliable broadband will not be able to access core modes.

Simple code redemption with account binding

Installation begins by entering the supplied code on the console or through the Xbox website. The licence binds to the redeeming Microsoft account and the designated home Xbox. Common issues include region mismatches between the code and the account, or attempting to redeem on an unsupported platform. No physical media is shipped, so there is no disc to lose or damage.

Questions about this item

Is the Rivals Bundle the only version of Rock Band 4 available as a digital code?

The 7D4-00209 bundle combines the base Rock Band 4 game with the Rivals Expansion Pack, adding Rivals Mode, a new campaign, exclusive songs and Online Quickplay in one purchase.

How does the T for Teen ESRB rating affect gameplay in a family setting?

The rating covers crude humour and lyrics in the included songs; music downloads and online interactions are not rated, so parental discretion applies to added content.

What does the Xbox One DRM designation mean for playing this bundle?

The digital code redeems on an Xbox One console and ties the licence to your Microsoft account for download and play on that platform.
