Harris D-85 Mixer for Oxy-Fuel Torches
The Harris D-85 mixer connects compatible torch series 85 to fuel supplies for brazing, heating and welding tasks. It accepts acetylene, natural gas, propane and propylene. The inlet and outlet both use 23/64-26 male and female threads respectively. This part is aimed at metalworkers who need a replacement mixer for existing Harris equipment.
Interface limits defined by 23/64-26 threads
The mixer only fits torches and tip tubes that share the exact 23/64-26 thread specification. It works with heating tip series 1390-B, 1390-H, 1390-HA and J-63 plus welding and brazing tip series 1390, 1390-N and 23A90. Tip tube 8593 is also compatible. Any torch or tip with a different thread pitch or diameter will not seal correctly.
Mixer series D-85 determines fit
The single specification that decides whether this is the right part is the mixer series D-85 combined with the 23/64-26 male inlet and female outlet. If the torch or tip tube calls for a different mixer series or thread size, this unit will not work. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to chemicals contained in the product.
