Two-Stage Hydrogen Methane Regulator
The Harris KH1093 is a new high-purity gas regulator built for cylinder-mounted use with hydrogen and methane. Its two-stage design delivers steady outlet pressure as the cylinder empties, making it suitable for laboratory, analytical and industrial gas-handling tasks that demand consistent flow.
125 psig Maximum Outlet Pressure
The regulator accepts up to 3,000 psig at the inlet and limits outlet pressure to 125 psig. That ceiling is the single figure that determines whether the unit matches your process requirements; systems needing higher delivery pressure will need a different regulator.
CGA 0.825-14 LH Inlet
Installation uses a left-hand 0.825 in.-14 NGO male cylinder connection and a right-hand 1/4 in female tube fitting on the outlet. Verify the cylinder valve matches the left-hand thread before mounting, and use compatible tubing for the outlet; mismatched threads are the most common cause of leaks.

Questions about this item
What outlet pressure does the two-stage design actually deliver to the torch?
The regulator limits outlet pressure to 125 psig maximum, and the two-stage construction keeps that pressure steady as the cylinder empties.
How does the 3,000 psig inlet rating work with the NGO left-hand connection?
The NGO left-hand male inlet is rated for 3,000 psig, so it matches standard high-pressure hydrogen or methane cylinders without an adapter.
What hardware is needed to mount the 0.825-14 cylinder fitting?
The 0.825-14 left-hand male inlet threads directly onto the cylinder valve; no separate bracket or adapter is required.
