Small black plastic 60 mm cooling fan with four wires and a square frame

Haywards

Haywards 60 mm 12 V double ball bearing fan bp602012h

SKU CH-BVXW-257FE

A 60 mm 12 V double ball bearing fan with PWM speed control for computer cases

  • 12 V double ball bearing for long life
  • 60 mm frame fits standard case mounts
  • 4-pin PWM interface enables speed control
  • 54 dB noise at 18000 RPM max speed
  • 4 CFM airflow for strong cooling

Cooling fan for computer cases

The Haywards 60 mm 12 V double ball bearing fan is built for computer-case airflow. A four-wire PWM interface enables intelligent temperature control and speed monitoring. Double ball bearings support a rated life of 70000 hours at 12 V operating voltage.

Suited for tight enclosures needing strong airflow

Installers who want a compact 40×40×28 mm frame with 19.4 CFM air volume will find it fits small chassis. The 54 dB noise level at up to 18000 RPM makes it a poor choice for silent builds or noise-sensitive workstations.

12 W power draw with 7.0-13.4 V operating range

The fan delivers peak speed at 12 V and 1 A current, moving 19.4 CFM through restricted spaces. Headroom ends when acoustic limits are reached or when the 70000-hour bearing life is exceeded under continuous maximum load.

Questions about this item

What power connector does the 12 V 4-wire fan need?

The fan uses a 4-pin power interface that supplies 12 V and carries the PWM control signal.

Will the 40 mm high-speed fan fit in the same 60 mm mounting holes as the bp602012h?

No. The high-speed model measures 40×40×28 mm, so it requires 40 mm mounting centres, not the 60 mm pattern of the bp602012h.

How can I confirm the fan is running at its rated speed after installation?

The 4-wire interface provides a speed-measurement signal; read the tachometer output and verify it reports around 18000 RPM ±10 %.
