Questions about this item

How do I attach the mounting panel to the AV cart, and which step do installers often miss?

Align the panel with the cart's pre-drilled holes and secure it using the included hardware; the step most often missed is tightening all four corner bolts to the specified torque before mounting any devices.

What maintenance will the mounting panel require over time?

Periodically check that all mounting bolts remain tight and inspect the black finish for scratches that could expose the metal to corrosion.

What is the first limit reached when the panel holds devices continuously?

The panel's structural load rating is reached first; exceeding the rated capacity risks deformation of the steel frame.
