Two-pack perforated silicone baking mats

These pink silicone mats measure 23.6 by 15.7 inches each and come as a pair for half-sheet pans. The food-grade silicone is wrapped in fibreglass fabric for durability and can be trimmed to fit smaller tins. They withstand temperatures up to 480 degrees and are safe for ovens, microwaves and refrigerators.

Perforated surface for even heat and steam flow

The defining feature is the perforated design that lets steam escape and air circulate around food. This promotes uniform browning and crispier results on cookies, bread, pizza and roasted vegetables. Ingredients may seep into the holes during baking; this is normal and not a defect.

Reusable non-stick surface with easy cleanup

Two mats give enough surface for a full batch of cookies or a large pizza without greasing. Baked goods release cleanly and the mats rinse off or go in the dishwasher. They are not suited for open-flame cooking or buyers who need a solid, non-perforated liner for very runny batters.

Questions about this item

How does the perforated surface change the way cookies bake compared with a solid mat?

The small holes let steam escape and air circulate, so heat reaches the dough more evenly and cookies turn out crisp rather than steamed.

What temperature limit does the silicone-and-fiberglass construction impose on oven use?

The mat is rated for ovens up to 480 degrees Fahrenheit; it also works in microwaves and freezers but must not be placed over an open flame.

Will a 23.6 by 15.7 inch sheet fit my standard half-sheet pan, and can I trim it if needed?

Yes, those dimensions match a typical half-sheet pan, and the mat can be cut to any shape within the bordered grid area to suit smaller or oddly shaped tins.
