Product Identity

The Hetai Tech V20 is a USB gaming headset built around 50mm neodymium drivers and a virtual 7.1 surround engine for PC play. It targets players who want positional audio and a flexible boom microphone without stepping up to a premium-priced headset.

Thermals Noise Power

Passive over-ear cups with thick leatherette and triple-layer memory foam seal out ambient sound without active cooling or battery draw. The 5 ft braided cable carries USB power for the LED lighting and inline volume and mute controls, keeping operation simple and silent.

Upgrade Path

This headset replaces basic stereo earbuds or entry-level chat headsets that lack surround processing and a retractable noise-cancelling microphone. The jump is worth it when you need clearer team communication and wider soundstage for competitive titles on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch or mobile devices with a 3.5 mm jack.

Questions about this item

How do I connect the Hetai Tech V20 headset to my PC using the USB 7.1 interface?

Plug the USB connector directly into a free port on the computer; the 7.1 virtual surround installs automatically without extra drivers, then use the in-line controller on the 5ft braided cable to adjust volume or mute the microphone.

Which parts of the Hetai Tech V20 will wear out first and need replacement?

The leatherette earpads and triple-layered memory foam cushions compress over time, and the 100-degree adjustable boom microphone can loosen after repeated repositioning.

At what point does the 50mm neodymium driver hit its thermal limit during long sessions?

The closed-back earcups trap heat around the 50mm drivers, so comfort and sound clarity degrade before any electronic protection activates during extended use.
