What it is

The HEYSONG REVERB BT138P is a portable Bluetooth 5.0 speaker with a 5000mAh battery rated for up to 40 hours of playback. It carries an IPX7 waterproof rating and adds shockproof construction, a built-in microphone and stereo pairing support. Connectivity includes Bluetooth, a 3.5mm AUX input and TF card playback, plus beat-synchronised LED lighting.

Who it suits

Buyers wanting a rugged, floating speaker for pool, beach, kayak or shower use will appreciate the IPX7 seal and included lanyard. The long battery life supports multi-day trips without recharging. It is not for listeners who need high-fidelity stereo separation from a single unit, nor for users who require USB-C charging or app-controlled EQ settings.

Install and pitfalls

Pairing is standard Bluetooth 5.0; the speaker remembers the last device for faster reconnection. The package supplies a 3.5mm audio cable, a charging cable (no adapter) and a mesh carry bag. Common issues: the charging adapter is not included, so a separate USB power source is needed, and stereo pairing requires a second identical speaker.

Questions about this item

What Bluetooth version does my phone need to pair with the BT138P speaker?

The speaker uses Bluetooth 5.0 and pairs with any Bluetooth-enabled phone, laptop, MP3 player or other device that supports the same standard.

Can I still use a 3.5 mm audio cable with this speaker if my older MP3 player lacks Bluetooth?

Yes, a 3.5 mm audio cable is included so you can connect non-Bluetooth sources directly to the AUX-IN port.

How do I confirm the speaker is charging correctly after I plug it in?

The charging indicator lights will show the battery status while the 5000 mAh cell recharges; a full charge delivers up to 40 hours of playback.
