Nobis N6311 portable speaker

The Nobis N6311 is a portable Bluetooth 6.0 speaker rated at 20 watts total power in a 2.1 configuration. It weighs 530 grams and measures 6.18 by 19.6 by 6.61 inches in a black finish. The IP68 rating means it can be submerged in up to 2 metres of water for 30 minutes. Signal-to-noise ratio is 90 decibels and response bandwidth reaches 20 KHz.

Power and connectivity in a build

Bluetooth 6.0 provides an operating range of 10 metres for wireless streaming from phones or tablets. A 3.5 mm auxiliary input and a TF card slot allow playback without a Bluetooth source. Two units can be linked with one-touch TWS to form a stereo pair. The built-in battery delivers up to 24 hours of continuous playback and recharges via USB Type-C. A noise-cancelling microphone supports hands-free calls and voice-assistant access.

Suited for outdoor listeners, not high-power PA

Buyers who want a rugged, waterproof speaker for camping, beach or poolside use will appreciate the IP68 protection and long battery life. The 20 watt output is sized for personal or small-group listening rather than large gatherings. Users needing multi-room Wi-Fi streaming, app-based EQ control or a built-in power bank for charging other devices should look at other models.

Questions about this item

How long will the 24 hour battery last at the full 20 watt output?

The 24 hour figure is measured at moderate volume; running continuously at the full 20 watt rating will reduce playtime well below the quoted maximum.

Does the speaker throttle volume or shut down from heat during an all-day outdoor session?

The passive 2.1 design with IP68 sealing has no active cooling, so extended high-volume use can cause thermal limiting, but the unit is rated for continuous outdoor operation.

Which source devices are needed to use Bluetooth 6.0, TF card or 3.5 mm AUX inputs?

Any phone, tablet or laptop with Bluetooth 6.0 works wirelessly; a micro-SD card or a 3.5 mm cable lets you play without a paired device.
