HIBBO A045R031L 45W USB-C Charger

This HIBBO A045R031L is a 45W USB-C laptop charger designed to replace or supplement the original power adapter for compatible HP Chromebook, Spectre, Elite, Pavilion and Envy models. It accepts AC 100-240V input and delivers selectable output profiles of 5V 2A, 12V 3A or 15V 3A up to 45W. The unit includes short-circuit protection and carries ETL safety certification for North American use. A US three-prong power cable is supplied in the box.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Buyers needing a direct replacement for the listed HP part numbers such as PA1450-33HQ, ADP-45ME or TPN-LA07 will find the correct voltage and connector. Users whose laptops require more than 45W, a barrel-style DC jack, or a proprietary non-USB-C connector cannot use this adapter. It is also unsuitable for devices that only charge via Power Delivery profiles above 15V.

The deciding specification

The charger provides a maximum output of 15V at 3A for 45W total power through a USB-C tip. If the target laptop demands a higher voltage such as 20V or a greater wattage rating, this unit will not meet the requirement. Confirm the device’s required charging profile before purchase.

Questions about this item

Will this 45W USB-C charger safely power my older HP Chromebook X360 14-CA000 alongside its original adapter?

Yes, the adapter matches the required 20V 3A output and supports 5V 2A, 12V 3A and 15V 3A profiles, so it works as a direct replacement or spare for that model.

How can I confirm the HIBBO A045R031L is delivering the correct 45W charge once plugged in?

The charger includes short-circuit protection and ETL certification; your laptop's battery indicator will show the normal charging animation when the 20V 3A profile is active.

Does the box include the US three-prong power cable or must I buy it separately?

The US three-prong power cable is supplied in the box, so no separate mains lead is required.
