Retractable 50 ft extension reel

The Himimi 5104 is a wall- or ceiling-mounted cord reel that automatically retracts a 50-foot 14 AWG cable. A ratchet locks the cord at any length and an adjustable stopper keeps the triple outlet within reach. The 180-degree rotating steel bracket lets users pull power from any corner of a garage or workshop.

13 A capacity with 1500 W headroom

Three grounded outlets share a 13-amp circuit breaker rated for 125 volts and 1625 watts. The 14 AWG three-conductor SJTOW cord handles typical bench tools, lighting and chargers without overload. Continuous loads above 1500 watts will trip the breaker, so high-draw heaters or large compressors need a dedicated circuit.

Durable housing with no active cooling

Impact-resistant polypropylene casing protects the mechanism from oil, acid, water and temperatures between minus 58 and 221 degrees Fahrenheit. No fan or moving cooling parts mean silent operation. The 4.5-foot lead-in cord connects to a standard Type B plug, drawing only the power demanded by attached devices.

Questions about this item

Will the 14AWG cord and 13A breaker handle the same 125 V tools I already run on my bench?

The reel is rated 125 V, 13 A and 1625 W, so any 125 V tool drawing up to 13 A can be plugged into the triple outlets without tripping the built-in breaker.

How do I know the ratchet lock and auto-retract are engaging correctly after I mount it?

Pull the cord out — it should click and hold at each stop; a gentle tug releases the ratchet and the guide rewinds the cord slowly and evenly without kinking.

Does the package include the steel mounting bracket and hardware for a 180° ceiling install, or must I buy them separately?

The reel ships with the steel mounting bracket that provides 180° rotation; lag bolts or anchors for your specific ceiling material are not included.
