What it is and who it's for

The Hippus Handshoe Mouse Light Click in Large is a wired USB mouse shaped to cradle the entire right hand and wrist. Its contoured body removes friction between skin and desk, aiming to lower the risk of repetitive strain during long sessions. The 1500 dpi optical sensor works on almost any surface without a mat. It suits right-handed users who want full palm support and a simple plug-and-play device.

Behaviour under sustained load

Blue Ray Track technology keeps tracking consistent on varied surfaces without the degradation seen in ball mechanisms. Because the shape supports the whole hand, muscle tension stays low even after hours of continuous use. The wired USB link delivers a steady signal with no battery management or wireless drop-outs. Three fixed-function buttons and a scroll wheel give reliable input without software overhead.

The deciding specification

This model is the Large size, measured from the first wrist crease to the tip of the ring finger with the hand stretched. Buyers whose hand span falls outside that Large range will not get the intended ergonomic fit. The third button mirrors the scroll-wheel click and cannot be reprogrammed. Left-handed users need a separate special-order version.

Questions about this item

Does the wired USB connection draw noticeable power during all-day use?

The mouse uses a standard wired USB interface and has no batteries, so power draw is minimal and will not affect your system during continuous operation.

What must I already own for the 1500 dpi sensor to work immediately?

Only a free USB-A port on a Windows or Mac computer is required; the mouse is plug-and-play with no driver installation needed.

Will the large right-hand shape and third button work alongside my existing compact keyboard?

Yes, the ergonomic full-hand design sits independently of keyboard layout, and the extra button duplicates the scroll-wheel click without software conflicts.
