Replacement lamp module for Hitachi projectors

This 150W lamp module arrives fully assembled with a new Philips UHB bulb inside its housing, so it fits straight into compatible Hitachi projectors without extra steps. It is intended for owners of CP-HS1000 series units who need a direct replacement when the original lamp reaches end of life.

Rated output and service life under continuous use

The lamp is specified at 150W and delivers a rated operating life of 2,000 hours before brightness drops to the replacement threshold. Performance is measured over sustained projection sessions rather than brief bursts, so classroom or meeting-room schedules can be planned around the published hour rating.

Upgrades the original DT00461 lamp when brightness

This module replaces the factory DT00461 lamp once its output has declined, restoring full image luminance for the same projector. The jump is worth it when the existing lamp has approached or passed its rated hours and dimming affects presentation clarity; it is not a higher-wattage upgrade and will not increase brightness beyond the projector's native design.

Questions about this item

Does the 150 W lamp generate noticeable heat or fan noise during all-day use?

The 150 W UHB bulb is designed for the projector's original thermal system, so heat and noise stay within the levels the manufacturer specified for this model.

Which Hitachi projectors accept the DT00461 lamp module?

The DT00461 module fits the Hitachi CP-HS1000 projector and any other model that lists DT00461 as its original lamp part number.

Will the 2 000-hour lamp life be the same if I keep using my older CP-HS1000 projector?

Yes, the 2 000-hour rating applies when the lamp operates in the CP-HS1000 for which it was engineered.
