Questions about this item

How do I install the DT00691 lamp module and what step is often missed?

Power off the projector, let it cool completely, remove the old module, insert the new DT00691 housing until it clicks, then reset the lamp timer in the menu so the 2000-hour counter starts from zero.

What maintenance or replacement will the DT00691 lamp need later?

After roughly 2000 hours of use the 230W UHB bulb reaches end of life; replace the whole DT00691 module with a new one to restore brightness and avoid unexpected shutdowns.

What limit appears first during extended sessions with the 230W UHB lamp?

The 230W bulb generates significant heat, so the projector’s thermal protection will trigger a cool-down shutdown before the 2000-hour rating is reached if ventilation is restricted.
