The Hitachi CP-RS55 CPRS55LAMP is a new 165W projector lamp module supplied with a fully assembled UHB bulb and housing. It matches the original manufacturer part number DT00701 and is built to ISO 9001 quality standards. The unit is ready for direct installation without additional assembly.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This lamp suits owners of a Hitachi CP-RS55 projector who need a drop-in replacement rated for 2000 hours of operation. Buyers whose projector requires a different wattage, connector type or lamp code cannot use this module.

Deciding specification: 165W UHB bulb

The 165W UHB bulb and 2000-hour rated lamp life are the critical figures that determine compatibility with the CP-RS55 projector. Verify that your service manual specifies exactly these values before ordering.

Questions about this item

How do I know the 165W lamp is working correctly after installation?

The projector should power on without error messages, display a stable image at full brightness, and the lamp-hour counter will begin counting from zero toward the rated 2,000 hours.

Does the DT00701 module ship with the bulb already fitted in the housing, or must I buy the housing separately?

The module arrives as a fully assembled unit — genuine UHB 165W bulb pre-installed in its housing — so no extra parts are needed for installation.

Which of the four available versions — original OEM, Hitachi-sold OEM, alternative OEM, or compatible — should I choose?

All four meet ISO 9001 quality checks for ignition, voltage, beam performance and run-time; pick the original OEM for exact factory matching or the compatible version for a lower cost.
