Ready-to-install projector lamp module

The Hitachi CP-S840WB lamp ships as a complete assembly with the Philips UHP bulb already seated in its housing. It fits directly into compatible Hitachi projectors without extra tools or alignment steps. The unit is supplied new and manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards.

150W output rated for 2000 hours

At 150W the lamp delivers the brightness the projector was designed for, suitable for regular classroom or meeting-room sessions. After roughly 2000 hours of use the light output will have dropped to the level where replacement is recommended. Heavy daily use will reach that point sooner than occasional presentations.

Standard thermal and power profile

The 150W UHP bulb draws its rated power from the projector's existing supply and is cooled by the unit's internal fan system. Operating noise and temperature remain consistent with the original lamp design. No additional ventilation or power capacity is required beyond what the projector already provides.

Questions about this item

Will the DT00236 lamp module fit the same housing slots as the original lamp in my CP-S840WB projector?

The module is a fully assembled bulb and housing built to the original DT00236 specification, so it seats in the existing lamp compartment without modification.

How can I confirm the 150W UHP lamp is igniting correctly after installation?

Reset the projector's lamp-hour counter, then verify the on-screen timer starts from zero and the image reaches full brightness within the normal warm-up period.

Does the DT00236 package include a replacement air filter or any tools for the swap?

The box contains only the pre-assembled lamp module; filters and screwdrivers are not included and must be sourced separately.
