Genuine Osram P-VIP 370 W bulb in a ready-to-install housing rated for 2,000 hours
The DT01581 module is a new replacement lamp assembly for Hitachi CP-WX9211 projectors. It arrives as a complete housing with an Osram P-VIP 370W bulb already fitted. The unit is intended for users whose existing lamp has reached its rated life or suffered a failure. Buyers who need a different wattage or a bare bulb without housing cannot use this module.
The lamp is rated for 2000 hours of operation at its specified 370W power draw. Brightness will gradually decline as the bulb ages and the projector may shut down once the internal timer reaches the limit. The P-VIP design requires proper cool-down cycles; interrupting power before the fan finishes its cycle can shorten actual life. No other interface or compatibility constraints are specified.
The pre-assembled housing allows direct insertion without handling the bare bulb, reducing the risk of contamination or misalignment. Most projectors require a lamp-hour reset in the menu after replacement; skipping this step leaves the timer inaccurate. Forcing the module into a mismatched projector model can damage the connector or mounting tabs. Always allow the projector to cool fully before starting the swap.

Four versions are offered: the original OEM bulb from the projector's first supplier, the same OEM lamp sold under the Hitachi brand, an alternative OEM bulb from a different major manufacturer, and a lower-cost compatible module built with genuine OEM parts.
The 370W P-VIP bulb delivers the light output the CP-WX9211 was designed for; the projector's cooling system handles the corresponding heat load exactly as it did with the original lamp.
The 2,000-hour rating is the manufacturer's estimated runtime until brightness drops to roughly half; actual hours vary with power-on cycles, ventilation and whether eco mode is used.
