Replacement Lamp for Hitachi CP-X1200

The Hitachi CP-X1200 projector lamp is a 275 W replacement module built with a new Ushio UHB bulb inside a complete housing. It is intended for owners of compatible Hitachi projectors who need a direct swap when the original lamp reaches its 2,000-hour rated life.

Ready-to-install housing

The unit arrives fully assembled so no separate bulb handling or alignment is required. Installation typically involves opening the projector's lamp door, removing the old module, and sliding the new one into place until it seats firmly. The main risk is forgetting to reset the projector's lamp-hour counter after fitting the new module, which can cause premature replacement warnings.

For Hitachi CP-X1200 owners

This lamp suits users who want a genuine Ushio bulb in an OEM-grade housing manufactured to ISO 9001 quality checks for beam performance, ignition, voltage, and run-time. It is not for buyers whose projectors use a different lamp code, nor for those seeking a bare bulb without the housing assembly.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the lamp is operating correctly after installation?

The projector should display a stable, bright image without flickering and the lamp timer should begin counting from zero toward the 2,000-hour rated life.

What is included in the package and what must be purchased separately?

The module arrives as a fully assembled 275W Ushio UHB bulb inside its housing, ready to fit the CP-X1200; no additional parts are required for installation.

Which of the available versions should I select for my CP-X1200?

Four versions are offered: three OEM options — original bulb maker, Hitachi-branded, and alternate OEM — plus a compatible version built with genuine OEM parts; all meet ISO 9001 quality checks.
