Replacement Lamp for CP-X1230 Projectors

The Hitachi CP-X1230 lamp module fits compatible projectors with a 310W UHB bulb pre-installed in its housing. It arrives as a complete assembly so technicians can swap the old unit without handling a bare lamp. The DT00601 part number matches the original specification for straightforward identification.

Rated Output Across 2,000 Hours

The 310W UHB bulb maintains consistent brightness over its 2,000-hour rated lifespan under normal operating cycles. ISO 9001 manufacturing checks verify ignition reliability, voltage stability and beam performance before the module ships. Each unit is tested for run-time so output does not degrade prematurely during extended presentations or classroom sessions.

Thermal and Power Profile

The 310W rating defines the power draw the projector’s ballast must supply during steady operation. Because the lamp ships in its original housing, the existing cooling path aligns with the factory thermal design without modification. No additional fan speed or airflow changes are required beyond the projector’s standard settings.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 310W lamp produce during all-day use?

The lamp draws 310W, so it generates significant heat; the projector’s built-in cooling system is designed to manage that load for continuous operation.

Does the DT00601 module include the housing so I only need the projector itself?

Yes, the module ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing, ready to install directly into a compatible Hitachi projector without extra parts.

Will this 310W lamp work in my older Hitachi CP-X1230 without firmware changes?

The DT00601 is built as a direct replacement for the CP-X1230, matching the original 310W specification and 2,000-hour rated life, so it operates with the projector’s existing firmware.
