Ready-to-install projector lamp module

The Hitachi CP-X1230W lamp arrives as a complete 310 W bulb-and-housing assembly matched to part number DT00601. It is intended for owners of compatible Hitachi projectors who need a direct replacement without separate bulb handling. Installation is straightforward because the module is fully assembled.

310 W output with 2,000-hour rated life

At 310 watts the lamp delivers the brightness the projector was designed for, and the 2,000-hour rating provides a clear interval for planning the next change. Heavy daily use will reach that limit sooner, while occasional presentations extend the practical runtime well beyond the nominal figure.

UHB lamp technology and fixed wattage constraint

The ultra-high-pressure bulb operates only at its specified 310 W, so the projector cannot run it at a lower power setting to stretch life. Users who need longer intervals between replacements or a different brightness level would need a projector model designed for another lamp type.

Questions about this item

Will the 310W lamp module fit the existing housing in my CP-X1230W projector?

The module ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing built to the DT00601 specification, so it installs directly without reusing any part of the old unit.

How can I confirm the new 310W lamp is performing correctly after installation?

Reset the projector's lamp timer, then verify bright, uniform illumination and stable ignition during the first few hours of operation.

Does the package include the complete housing or just the bare 310W bulb?

The box contains the complete lamp module — a new Ushio UHB 310W bulb already mounted in its housing — so no separate housing purchase is needed.
