Hitachi CP-X2520 Lamp

This genuine compatible replacement projector lamp is a fully assembled 200W UHP bulb in its housing, designed for the Hitachi CP-X2520 model number DT01141. It arrives new and ready for immediate installation without additional assembly. Rated lamp life is 3,000 hours in normal mode or 4,000 hours in economy mode.

Who this suits

It suits owners of a Hitachi CP-X2520 projector who need a direct replacement lamp module that matches the original 200W specification. It is not for users whose projector requires a different wattage or lamp type, or for buyers who want a bare bulb without the housing assembly.

Installation and common issues

The lamp module installs by opening the projector's lamp door, removing the old unit, and inserting the new assembly until it seats securely. Common issues include forgetting to reset the projector's lamp-hour counter after replacement, which can trigger premature warnings, and failing to tighten the retaining screws enough to maintain proper electrical contact.

Questions about this item

Which Hitachi projector models accept the DT01141 lamp module?

The DT01141 module is built for the Hitachi CP-X2520 projector and fits the lamp compartment designed for that model.

Will the 200W UHP bulb operate correctly if the projector firmware is several years old?

Yes, the lamp matches the original 200W specification, so it ignites and runs at the same voltage and current as the factory-installed unit.

How can I confirm the lamp is performing correctly after installation?

Reset the projector's lamp-hour counter, then verify brightness and stable ignition; expect roughly 3000 hours in Normal mode or 4000 hours in Economy mode before replacement is needed.
