Replacement lamp for Hitachi CP-X256

The Hitachi CP-X256 is a genuine compatible 200W projector lamp module designed for Hitachi projectors. It arrives as a fully assembled bulb and housing unit ready for immediate use. The lamp uses UHB technology and provides a rated life of 2,000 hours.

Easy installation with pre-assembled housing

The module ships fully assembled so installation only requires opening the projector lamp door and swapping the old unit. No separate bulb handling or alignment is needed. Ensure the projector is cool and unplugged before starting to avoid damage or injury.

Suits owners of compatible Hitachi models needing

This lamp suits users with a Hitachi projector that accepts the CP-X256 or DT00757 module and who want a new 200W replacement rated for 2,000 hours. It is not for buyers whose projector requires a different wattage, connector or form factor.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the lamp is performing correctly after installing it in my CP-X256 projector?

After installation, power on the projector and check that the image appears bright and stable with no flickering; the lamp hour counter should reset to zero and begin counting toward the rated 2,000-hour life.

What components are included with the lamp module and is anything else required for installation?

The module ships as a fully assembled unit containing the new 200W UHB bulb inside its housing, so no separate bulb or housing purchase is needed; only the projector itself is required.

Which of the available lamp versions should I choose for the CP-X256?

All versions — the original OEM lamp, the Hitachi-sold OEM lamp, the alternative OEM lamp and the compatible third-party lamp — are built to ISO 9001 standards and fit the CP-X256; select based on your preference for brand origin or budget.
