Hitachi CP-X3450 Replacement Lamp

This is a brand-new replacement lamp module built for the Hitachi CP-X3450 projector. It arrives as a complete assembly with a 165 W UHB bulb already mounted in its housing, so no separate handling of the bare lamp is required. The module is manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards and tested for beam performance, ignition, voltage and run-time before it ships.

Upgrade from a dimming or expired original lamp

When the factory-fitted lamp reaches the end of its 2 000-hour rated life, brightness drops and colour accuracy drifts. Swapping in this module restores the projector’s original output without the cost of a new unit. The improvement is worthwhile whenever the image has become noticeably darker or the lamp-warning indicator is active.

Suits owners of the CP-X3450 needing a direct-fit

It is designed for users who want a ready-to-install lamp that matches the projector’s factory specifications. Buyers whose projector uses a different lamp code or who require a higher-wattage light source should look at other options.

Questions about this item

Does the CP-X3450 lamp module arrive as a complete housing with the 165 W UHB bulb already fitted?

Yes, the lamp ships as a fully assembled module containing the 165 W UHB bulb inside its housing, so no separate bulb handling is required.

What is the key step to avoid a reset error when installing the DT00671 lamp in the CP-X3450 projector?

After fitting the module, you must reset the lamp-hour counter through the projector menu; skipping this step leaves the old timer active and can trigger premature warnings.

How many hours of use does the 165 W UHB lamp provide before replacement is recommended?

The lamp is rated for 2,000 hours of operation, after which brightness drops and a new module should be installed.
