Ready-to-install replacement module

The Hitachi CP-X345W lamp module arrives fully assembled with a new 165 W UHB bulb inside its housing, so it fits straight into the projector without extra handling. It is aimed at owners of the CP-X345W who need a factory-specification light source. Buyers who want a bare bulb without the housing cannot use this module.

Fits the CP-X345W light path

The module matches the original DT00671 mechanical interface, so the projector’s existing ignition and cooling systems drive it without modification. Installation restores the designed optical alignment and frees the user from aligning a bare lamp. The part is not suitable for other projector models or for bare-bulb retrofits.

2 000-hour rated service life

At the rated 165 W the lamp is specified for 2 000 hours of continuous operation before brightness drops to the defined threshold. Output and colour stability are maintained across that period under normal cooling. The module is not designed for extended-life or high-brightness modes beyond the stated rating.

Questions about this item

How long will the 165W lamp last before brightness drops?

The lamp is rated for 2,000 hours of use at 165 watts before replacement is recommended.

Does the housing run hot or loud during all-day projection?

The module uses a Philips UHB bulb designed for the projector’s original cooling system, so heat and fan noise stay at factory levels.

Which Hitachi projectors accept the DT00671 module without extra parts?

It fits the CP-X345W directly; the lamp ships as a complete bulb-and-housing assembly ready to install.
