Replacement Lamp for Hitachi CP-X885W

The Hitachi DT00531 module supplies a complete 275W UHB bulb inside its housing so it fits directly into a CP-X885W projector without extra parts. It is built for owners who need a new light source when the original lamp reaches its rated limit.

Installation and Compatibility

The assembly arrives fully assembled, removing the need to handle a bare bulb or align a separate reflector during a change. It draws 275W from the projector’s existing power supply and is manufactured to ISO9001 quality checks covering ignition, voltage and connections.

Sustained Operation

Rated life is 2000 hours of continuous use before brightness drops to the replacement threshold. The lamp is tested for beam performance and run-time stability so output remains consistent across long sessions rather than fading after a short burst.

Does the 275 W UHB lamp run hot or loud enough to need extra cooling in a small room?
