Genuine replacement lamp for Hitachi CP-X958W

This 190W UHP lamp module is built for the Hitachi CP-X958W projector. It arrives as a complete bulb-and-housing assembly ready for direct installation. The DT00231 part suits education and business users who need a drop-in replacement without extra tools.

Runs at 190W with 2000-hour rated life

The lamp draws 190 watts during normal operation and is rated for 2000 hours of use. ISO9001 manufacturing checks cover ignition, voltage stability and run-time consistency. Typical operating noise and thermal output match the projector's original design.

Fits existing housing without modification

The pre-assembled module slots into the projector's lamp compartment using the factory mounting points. No separate bulb handling or alignment is required. The 90-day warranty period covers early-life failures. Buyers needing longer run-time or lower power draw should check alternative models.

Questions about this item

How do I install the DT00231 lamp module in my CP-X958W projector, and what step is often missed?

The module arrives fully assembled with housing; power off and cool the projector, remove the old lamp cover, slide the new unit straight in until the connector seats firmly, then replace the cover before resetting the hour counter in the menu.

What maintenance or replacement will the 190W UHP bulb need after its rated life?

The lamp is rated for 2000 hours; once the projector warns of end-of-life or brightness drops noticeably, replace the entire DT00231 module — no separate bulb change or filter service is required for this unit.

What limit appears first when the CP-X958W lamp runs continuously for long sessions?

The 2000-hour rated lifespan is the primary limit; extended use accelerates lumen depreciation and the projector will eventually prompt for replacement when that threshold is reached.
