Compatible Hitachi CPX8 Lamp Module

This replacement lamp module fits Hitachi CPX8 projectors and ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing for straightforward installation. It uses a 200W UHP lamp and is manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards. The unit is offered as a genuine compatible or OEM version depending on stock.

Lamp Life in Normal and Economy Modes

In normal operation the lamp is rated for 3,000 hours of use before replacement is required. Switching the projector to economy mode extends the rated life to 4,000 hours, reducing the frequency of lamp changes. Actual runtime will vary with usage patterns and environmental conditions.

200W UHP Wattage Determines Fit

The 200W power rating must match the original lamp specification for the CPX8 projector to operate correctly and safely. Installing a lamp with a different wattage can cause ignition failures, colour shifts or damage to the projector. Buyers who need a different wattage or a lamp for another projector model should select the appropriate part instead.

Questions about this item

How hot or loud does the 200W UHP bulb get during all-day use?

The lamp runs at 200W; projectors typically manage heat with internal fans, so expect normal operating warmth and fan noise for a 200W UHP module.

Does the DT01141 module include the housing so I only need the projector itself?

Yes, the DT01141 is supplied as a fully assembled bulb-and-housing unit ready to install in a compatible Hitachi projector.

Will this replacement lamp match the 3,000-hour normal and 4,000-hour economy ratings of the original CPX8 lamp?

It is built to the same 200W specification and rated for 3,000 hours in normal mode and 4,000 hours in economy mode, matching the original CPX8 figures.
