Questions about this item

Does the DT00621 arrive with the bulb already fitted inside the housing?

Yes, the lamp module is supplied fully assembled with the 160W UHB bulb inside the housing, so no separate bulb purchase or alignment is needed.

What is the difference between the three OEM versions and the compatible version of the DT00621?

Three OEM versions come from Philips, Osram, Ushio, Phoenix, Iwasaki or Matsushita — either the original bulb maker, the Hitachi-sold unit, or another OEM source — while the compatible version uses genuine OEM parts from a leading third-party maker at a lower cost.

How long will the 160W lamp typically last before it needs replacing?

The rated life is 2,000 hours; actual runtime varies with projector usage patterns, eco-mode settings and ventilation.
