Ready-to-install 285W lamp module
This new Hitachi DT00771 replacement projector lamp arrives as a fully assembled bulb and housing so you can swap it straight into a compatible Hitachi projector without extra assembly. It is intended for owners of supported Hitachi models who need a direct-fit 285W NSH lamp to restore brightness. Buyers whose projectors require a different wattage or connector should verify the part number before ordering.
Thermal and power profile
The lamp draws 285W during operation, which defines both the heat output and the electrical load on the projector's power supply. Normal use will raise the housing temperature in line with that wattage, and the cooling fan noise will follow the projector's built-in thermal curve. No separate power or cooling specifications are provided beyond the 285W rating.
Single deciding specification
The critical figure is the 285W NSH bulb rating; only projectors designed for that exact wattage and the DT00771 form factor will accept this module. If your projector calls for a different wattage or a different lamp code, this unit will not be compatible.

Questions about this item
How do I install the DT00771 lamp module and what step do people often miss?
The module arrives fully assembled with bulb and housing, so you only slide it into the projector and secure the retaining screws; the step often missed is resetting the lamp-hour counter in the projector menu after installation.
What maintenance or replacement will the 285W NSH lamp need later?
The lamp itself is the only replaceable part; when brightness drops or the projector signals end of life, you replace the entire DT00771 module — no separate filter or bulb-only change is required.
What limit appears first during sustained use of this 285W lamp?
The 285W NSH bulb reaches its rated lifespan first, after which light output falls below usable levels and the projector will prompt for a new lamp module.
