Replacement lamp for Hitachi projectors

This Hitachi DT01725 lamp module supplies a complete bulb-and-housing assembly ready for direct installation. It is intended for owners of compatible Hitachi projectors who need a new light source without additional assembly steps. The unit arrives new and fully assembled. It restores brightness for continued projection use.

Upgrade from a dim or expired lamp

The module replaces an existing lamp that has reached the end of its rated 2,000-hour service life or has suffered a drop in output. Swapping it restores full brightness and reliable ignition for another full cycle. The change is worth it when image quality has faded or the projector warns of lamp expiration. It avoids the cost of a new projector while returning original performance.

Limits of the 350W UHP design

The 350W UHP bulb is rated for 2,000 hours of operation under normal use. Brightness will gradually decline as that limit approaches and the lamp must then be replaced again. The module fits only projectors designed for this specific lamp type and wattage. It does not extend the rated life beyond the manufacturer specification.
