Ready-to-install 220W projector lamp

Verify projector model and lamp code

Confirm that your Hitachi projector accepts the ED-A100J designation and the manufacturer part number DT00891 before ordering. The lamp is manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards and undergoes checks for beam performance, ignition, voltage, appearance, connections and run-time.

Pre-assembled housing saves fitting time

Because the bulb comes already seated in its housing, installation is a direct swap without handling the bare lamp. The unit is covered by a 90-day warranty and a 30-day return window from the supplier.

Questions about this item

Does the ED-A100J arrive as a complete module or must I buy the housing separately?

The ED-A100J ships as a fully assembled 220W bulb inside its housing, so no separate housing purchase is needed.

Which of the four available versions of the ED-A100J should I select for my projector?

Choose from three OEM versions — original bulb maker, Hitachi-supplied, or alternate OEM — plus a compatible version built with genuine OEM parts; all meet ISO9001 standards.

What does the 2000-hour rating mean for daily classroom use of the ED-A100J?

At roughly four hours per school day, the 2000-hour lamp life covers about two academic years before a replacement is due.
