Ready-to-install 285W lamp module

The Hitachi HCP-6600X DT00771 is a new 285W replacement projector lamp supplied as a fully assembled bulb and housing. It fits directly into compatible Hitachi projectors without additional assembly. This module is intended for users who need a drop-in replacement when the original lamp reaches end of life.

285W NSH bulb determines compatibility

The lamp uses a 285W Ushio NSH bulb, and the wattage must match the projector’s specified rating for correct ignition and brightness. Installing a module with a different wattage will cause startup failures or premature wear. Verify that your projector requires exactly 285W before ordering.

Assembled housing removes alignment steps

Because the bulb comes pre-mounted in its housing, there is no need to handle the bare lamp or align reflectors during installation. This reduces the risk of contamination or mechanical damage during replacement. The product is not suited for users who only want a bare bulb for an existing housing.

Questions about this item

How bright will the 285W lamp be in my projector?

The 285W rating is the lamp's power draw; actual screen brightness depends on your projector's optics and settings, not the wattage alone.

What fitting does the DT00771 module use to connect?

The module is a complete housing assembly designed to slot directly into compatible Hitachi projectors without separate wiring.

Will the assembled housing fit inside a standard HCP-6600X projector?

Yes, the DT00771 is built as a direct replacement module for the HCP-6600X, matching the original housing dimensions.
