Ideal for owners of HCP-90X units needing

Buyers who require a higher-wattage lamp, a different connector type or a lamp rated for significantly longer runtime should look at alternative modules designed for those specifications.

Rated at 2,000 hours of lamp life at 220W

Under typical daily use the lamp delivers months of consistent output before brightness drops to half; intensive all-day operation will reach the rated limit sooner, while occasional use extends the practical interval.

Questions about this item

Which Hitachi projector models accept the HCP-90X lamp module with the DT00841 part number?

This lamp module is built for Hitachi projectors that specify the HCP-90X or DT00841 lamp code; check your projector’s manual or lamp door label for that exact code before ordering.

Can I reuse the existing lamp housing in my projector when installing this 220W UHB bulb assembly?

The unit ships as a complete bulb-and-housing assembly, so you simply swap the whole module; no separate housing reuse is required.

How do I verify the new lamp is operating correctly after installation?

Reset the projector’s lamp-hour counter, then confirm the menu shows zero hours and the image reaches full brightness without flicker or error messages.
