Who Should Buy This Lamp

This lamp suits owners of a Hitachi X305 projector who need a ready-to-fit replacement that restores original brightness and reliability. Buyers who require a different wattage, a longer rated life, or a bare bulb without housing should look at alternative parts that match those specifications. The module is offered in OEM and compatible versions depending on stock availability.

Key Specification: 220W / 2,000-Hour Rating

The 220 watt power rating and 2,000 hour rated lifespan are the decisive figures for compatibility and maintenance planning. Confirm that your projector accepts a 220W UHB lamp before ordering. No other specification overrides this requirement for correct operation.

Questions about this item

Does the Hitachi X305 lamp arrive as a complete module or just the bare bulb?

The lamp is a fully assembled module that includes a new 220W UHB bulb inside its housing, so no separate housing purchase is needed.

Which version should I choose among the OEM, OEM-compatible and third-party options?

All versions meet ISO 9001 quality checks; the OEM versions use bulbs from Philips, Osram, Ushio, Phoenix, Iwasaki or Matsushita, while the compatible version uses genuine OEM parts at a lower price.

What does the 2 000-hour rating mean for everyday classroom use?

The 2 000-hour figure is the manufacturer-rated lamp life; actual runtime will vary with brightness mode, power cycles and operating temperature.
