Two-Port USB-C KVM Switch

This Hitoor KVM switch lets two USB-C computers share one HDMI or DisplayPort monitor, a keyboard, a mouse and up to three USB 2.0 peripherals. It supports video up to 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 1080p at 165 Hz using DSC. A single button on the unit toggles control between the two connected systems. No drivers are required for Windows 11 down to XP or macOS 10.9 and later.

Desktop users who need one screen

Ideal for anyone running two laptops or a laptop plus a desktop that both have full-function USB-C ports and want a single monitor, keyboard, mouse and up to three USB 2.0 devices. Not suited for setups that require simultaneous dual-monitor output, Thunderbolt or USB 3.x peripheral bandwidth, or computers that only offer HDMI or DisplayPort video outputs without USB-C Alt Mode.

Plug-and-play with included cables

The package supplies two 1.2 metre USB-C Gen 2 cables and a USB-A to USB-C power cable, so the switch draws power without an external brick. Connect each computer with one cable, attach the monitor via HDMI or DisplayPort, plug peripherals into the three USB 2.0 ports and press the button to switch. Common issues: both computers must support video and data over USB-C; 100 W Power Delivery charges the active system but some power is consumed by the switch itself; only one video output (HDMI or DP) can be active at a time.

Questions about this item

Does this KVM need its own power brick or does it draw everything from the USB-C links?

The switch ships with a 1.2 m USB-A-to-C power cable and does not require a separate power brick; it draws the power it needs from that cable while passing up to 100 W PD 3.0 to each connected laptop.

My older laptop only has HDMI 1.4 and USB 2.0 — will the 8K@60 Hz output and 100 W charging still work?

The unit outputs a single DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 signal, so an HDMI 1.4 laptop will be limited to its own maximum resolution and the 100 W PD 3.0 charge requires a USB-C port that supports Power Delivery.

After I press the front button, how do I confirm the switch actually changed the active computer?

LED indicators on the front panel light up to show which of the two USB-C inputs is currently selected, giving immediate visual confirmation after each button press.
