Pre-cut Parchment Sheets

This pack contains 200 unbleached parchment sheets measuring 12 x 16 inches each. They are made from FSC-certified wood pulp and weigh 45 gsm for extra thickness. The sheets arrive flat in a handy box, ready for immediate use in baking, cooking, grilling, air frying and steaming. They are oven and microwave safe to 450 degrees.

Check Pan Size And Quantity

Verify that your half sheet pans measure 12 x 16 inches so the pre-cut sheets fit without trimming. Confirm that 200 sheets match your typical baking volume to avoid excess storage. The product is unbleached, chlorine free and BPA-free, so ensure those material preferences align with your kitchen requirements. No roll cutter or scissors are needed for these flat sheets.

Fits Standard Half Sheet Pans

Each rectangle sits directly on a standard half sheet pan, eliminating the need to grease the tray. The non-stick surface lets cookies and baked goods slide off cleanly, reducing washing time. Sheets can separate layers of candies or frosted items in containers to prevent smearing. The 1.07 kilogram pack stores flat in a 10 x 8 x 6 cm box, freeing drawer space compared to bulky rolls.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and is anything else needed to start using these sheets?

Which sheet count should I choose for regular home baking?

This pack provides 200 sheets, which suits frequent baking, roasting or air-frying without needing to reorder often.

What does the 450-degree oven rating mean when I am baking cookies?
