1000ml Hydrothermal Reactor

The HNZXIB KH-series reactor provides a 1000ml PTFE-lined vessel for hydrothermal synthesis up to 240°C. It serves university teaching labs and research units that need a small-scale pressure vessel for digesting insoluble materials such as heavy metals, pesticide residues, or rare-earth samples.

Temperature and Pressure Limits

Operation must stay at or below 240°C with a security ceiling of 220°C. Heating and cooling rates are capped at 5°C per minute and the safety pressure rating is 3 Mpa. Filling volume must not exceed 80% of the 1000ml capacity, and the lid should only be opened after natural cooling to room temperature.

Non-Magnetic Steel and PTFE Lining

The body uses 0Cr18Ni9Ti non-magnetic stainless steel with a Teflon inner liner that resists both acid and alkali attack. This double-protection construction withstands aggressive digestion chemistries while remaining easy to operate. The reactor ships in a wooden case for transit protection.
