Static-Seal Limits at 22 MPa and 300°C

The reactor relies on gasket or line-contact sealing between tapered surfaces, requiring symmetric and gradual bolt tightening to maintain integrity. External heating should not exceed 350°C with a maximum ramp rate of 5°C/min, and cooling must follow the same limit. The safety pressure is rated at 22 MPa (220 Bar), and the vessel must cool naturally to room temperature before opening. These constraints define the operational window for the sealing system and thermal management.

100ml Capacity Defines Batch Scale

The 100ml internal volume sets the maximum reaction quantity for each run, making this reactor suitable for small-volume research and development work.
