500 ml High Pressure Reactor

The CJF series vessel handles 500 ml of reaction volume and is built from stainless steel for corrosion resistance. It operates at up to 22 MPa and 350 °C with a magnetic coupling that eliminates dynamic seal leakage. A 0.6 kW electric heater and PID controller maintain temperature within ±1 °C.

Suits sealed high pressure synthesis

This reactor suits laboratories running flammable, toxic or precious media where zero leakage is required. The static magnetic seal and 120 N·cm stirring torque support gas liquid, liquid liquid or three phase reactions. It is not for users needing larger volumes, higher pressure ratings or alternative heating methods such as thermal oil or steam.

500 ml capacity with 22 MPa headroom

The 500 ml chamber comfortably handles small scale catalytic, polymerisation or fluorination work at full rated pressure and temperature. Headroom ends at the 22 MPa and 350 °C limits so processes exceeding those parameters need a different vessel.
