The HNZXIB F-20L is a 20 L single-layer glass reactor built for laboratory synthesis, distillation and reflux work. It operates on a 220 V supply and uses a 4.5 kW water or oil bath to reach temperatures up to 250 °C. The vessel is fabricated from GG17 borosilicate glass for broad chemical resistance.

Integration with heating mantle and vacuum line

The reactor requires a compatible water or oil heating mantle and a vacuum source capable of reaching roughly -0.095 MPa to perform negative-pressure reactions. Its stainless-steel frame provides structural support and corrosion resistance on the bench. The integrated agitator delivers 60 to 600 rpm with 1200 g·cm torque, removing the need for a separate overhead stirrer.

PTFE sealing components and debris trough

Proprietary PTFE sealing components maintain the deep vacuum level without contamination.
