The HNZXIB RE-5002 is a 50 L rotary evaporator designed for solvent separation and essential oil concentration in laboratory and pilot-scale settings. It operates on 220 V power with a 7000 W water bath and a 250 W motor driving rotation speeds from 0 to 90 r/min shown on a digital display. The system achieves an evaporation rate above 9 L/H for water under a vacuum degree of 0.098 Mpa.

Vertical double condenser and PTFE sealing

A vertical double condenser provides 1.5 m² of cooling surface to support high recovery rates during continuous operation. The PTFE sealing system maintains vacuum integrity while resisting chemical attack from aggressive solvents. The water bath lifts via handwheel or optional electric hoist, allowing the operator to raise or lower the 50 L evaporating and receiving flasks without manual lifting of heavy glassware.

Requires air switch and optional explosion-proof
